cpapstore.ae offer two (2) years warranty on their main machines units (CPAP & BIPAP) against manufacturing defects. If you feel that the product you received has a manufacturer defect, please contact us as soon as you can at  (info@cpap.ae)

We will accept the return of product that has manufacturing defects. If the product you purchased has defective materials and/or workmanship, please contact Please email our returns department on (info@cpap.ae)

All CPAP/BIPAP machines that experiencing functional issues and passed manufacturer warranty period may be able to be repaired by cpapstore.ae in UAE only.
