Warranty Issues
ResMed offer up to two (2) year warranty on their main machines units (CPAP & BIPAP) against manufacturing defects. If you feel that the product you received has a manufacturer defect, please contact us as soon as you can at (info@cpap.ae.
We assume that all machines used if opened and if usage hours are placed on the machine. CPAP warranty decisions for repair or replacement are made by solely by the manufacturer.
All CPAP machines that experiencing functional issues and passed manufacturer warranty period may be able to be repaired by the manufacturer. This policy varies by manufacturer with a diagnostic fee that varies and is determined by the manufacture.
Training & Education
We offer free delivery, installation, training and education for buyers who is located in UAE only and subject only for the machines buy our trained engineers or technicians. so the training and education is not subject to parts or consumables such as masks, tubes, filters, spare parts,etc
We don't do delivery or training in (Western Region in UAE) however we will provide educational Videos if needed. or they are welcome to buy from our Shop in Dubai or we can deliver to main Abu Dhabi city in UAE
Training & Education for customers outside UAE will be by Online or by educational Videos if needed.
International Orders
We accept international orders but the customer is responsible for determining, managing and paying any and all taxes (please contact us to determine the delivery fee for orders outside UAE.
However we will accept International prescriptions if the customer and prescribing doctor are residents of the same country and the prescription provided meets the guidelines set forth by the country of origin.
We will apply Warranties on all machines purchased from cpapstore.ae however we will charge the customer all shipping fees related to returning an item for repair and all shipping fees for sending machine(s) back to the customer.
