HumidX™ and HumidX™ Plus are portable humidification systems exclusively used with the AirMini™ AutoSet™ travel CPAP machine. The HumidX™ and HumidX™ Plus are small heat and moisture exchanges (HME) that are designed to provide comfortable and effective humidification to your sleep therapy.
ResMed's HumidX™ waterless humidification system is designed for use when you are in an area that has a much dryer climate, high altitude environments where humidity levels are low. Where just a normal amount of moisture is needed then the Standard HumidX™ is recommended.
How it Works: When patients exhale, heat and moisture is captured and stored within the HMEs tiny paper ridges, When they inhale, this heat and moisture is released to humidify the air they breathe in. A very portable and efficient way to get humidification while on the go.
Important: The HumidX™ and HumidX™ Plus are only compatible with AirFit™ N20 and AirFit™ P10 for AirMini™ Setup Packs. The HumidX™ units are not compatible with any other masks, hoses, or machines.
